As the name implies, ice cream is a frozen product made from cream. Generally, there is greater than 10% milkfat in ice creams. We usually think that low-fat or fat-free ice cream is better. But, did you know, fat in ice cream provides flavor. So, there are more fat in ice cream, the ice cream will be more delicious. This is why there is as high as 16% fat in some premium ice creams.
